A pack is a month. So the lock is worth $60.
Five dollars off once is a rounding error. Five dollars off every month for a year is real money — and it means the people who backed us first never end up paying more than the people who waited. That felt like the right way round.

Make sure the skin is dry and free of oils.
Peel
Remove the backing from the strip.
Position
Place it across the bridge of your nose.
Press
Hold for a few seconds and you’re set.

Drug-free. Nothing you swallow.
A flexible adhesive strip that sits across the bridge of your nose and gently lifts. Nothing enters your body — you wear it, and take it off in the morning.

You’re paying now for something that isn’t in our hands yet. That deserves saying plainly rather than burying it in the small print.
Stock is due with us late September and we’ve built a fortnight of buffer into the 10 October date. If anything slips, we will email you before you have to ask us — and if you’d rather not wait, we’ll refund you in full, no questions and no awkwardness.
We’re a two-person family business in Melbourne. We’d rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

How does the year lock actually work?
We tag your customer account when your pre-order comes in. That holds your $24.99 price for twelve months from dispatch — reorder whenever you like and it’s applied for you. If you ever get charged $29.99 by mistake, email us and we’ll refund the difference the same day.
What happens when the 50 spots run out?
The pre-order closes and the price goes to $29.99. We’re not going to quietly reopen it at $24.99 next week — if we say 50, we mean 50.
Why pre-order at all? Why not just wait?
No reason you have to. Pre-ordering gets you the lower price for a year and helps us know how many to make. If you’d rather wait and pay $29.99 later, that’s completely fine.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes. Any time before it ships, email us and we’ll refund you in full.
Is this the same as the free samples you’ve been sending?
Same product, proper pack. The two-piece samples that went out with orders over $99 were us testing these before committing to a full production run.
