Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel good about trying Super Patch. Here’s how our guarantee works:

30-packs — 30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a 30-pack and it isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund — as long as you’ve used 5 patches or fewer (at least 25 patches remain in the pack). This gives you a genuine chance to try the product with confidence.

5-packs — sample packs

5-packs are offered as a low-cost way to sample a patch before committing to a 30-pack. Because of this, opened 5-packs are not eligible for refund or return.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us straight away and we’ll make it right. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

How to start a return

Email us at bettermeau.business@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through it. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive the pack.
