Better Me AU is an Australian owned and operated business (ABN 78 244 207 075) and the authorised Australian distributor of Super Patch products. Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

Our products

Super Patch products are drug-free, non-transdermal wearable wellness patches. They are intended to support general wellbeing and are not medicines or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual experiences vary. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please consult a qualified health professional before use.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We may update prices, products and offers at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. We dispatch orders from Melbourne within 1–2 business days.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and money-back guarantee are set out on our Returns & Guarantee page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
