How to use it

- Start with clean, dry skinPick a comfortable spot. Make sure the skin is clean, dry and free of lotion or oil so the patch sticks well.
- Peel and press it onRemove the backing and press the patch firmly onto the skin for a few seconds.
- Wear it for up to 24 hoursLeave it on and go about your day — work, exercise, sleep. One patch is designed to be worn for up to 24 hours.
- Remove and replace dailyAfter up to 24 hours, take it off. Each patch is single-use, so apply a fresh one the next day.
- One patch per dayYou only need one patch at a time. There's no loading up — a single patch a day is how it's designed to be used.
Comfortable to wear in the shower, at the gym and overnight. If skin becomes irritated, remove the patch. Keep out of reach of children.

Super Patch is flexible about placement — the signal works through contact with the skin, so a clean, flat, relatively hair-free area works best. Common spots are the inner forearm, shoulder, upper back, or near the area you'd like to support. Rotate the spot day to day to keep skin happy.
