To be eligible for a refund, no more than five (5) patches may be used from each 30-patch pack. If more than five patches have been used, the product is considered substantially consumed and will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note:

• Refunds are only available on 30-patch packs.
• 5-patch trial packs are non-refundable.
• Any unused patches must be returned in their original packaging before a refund can be processed.
